When is the invoice prepared? When the PC has been built, or when it is ordered?
VAT goes up on 4 January.

You need to place your order on 3rd January to take advantage of 17.5% VAT. Providing your order is placed on this date, your order price will remain the same even if we later invoice at 20% VAT (we would absorb the cost).
