Laptop Viper II quote

I receently submitted a suggested spec for a Viper II - the quote came to aprox £1100.
I received an email from PV specs requestin g details of the games etc for which I required the laptop.
I replied to this but have had nothing further so I am thoroughly disappointed with PC Spec@s customer service and have had to abandon my quote which is a pity because I was ready to buy immediately.
Now I supposse I have to look elsewhere.
