Laptop repair, broken power input.

The power jack socket in my laptop is no longer working, on inspection the socket is lose and has some cracking in the metal.
Is this something the pcspecialist can replace or am I better finding someone local.
The laptop is Defiance series.

I would definitely contact PCS in the first instance if only to get a quote.
