Laptop recommendation

Can anyone recommend me a laptop around the £600 mark that will be able to cope with a bit of gaming?
Games like cod: warzone
Battlefront
Assassin’s creed

I know its not a lot of money for a gaming laptop but hopefully you guys can help out

Not a chance at that budget I'm afraid, for an entry level custom gaming laptop, you're looking nearer £1000.

Laptops are more expensive than desktops.

Not around £600, but for £830 you could try the cosmos with an i5 and GTX 1650, but that will be kind of limited to old games and not very future proof. I used to game on a 4-year-old i5 with a GTX 960m until recently, but FPS was low on more fast-paced games (like racing). Forza Horizon 4 was almost not playable at 1080p low settings (2018 game), but on the other hand, GTA V (2013 game) run just fine, with high settings (not ultra) and 2x antialiasing max, at around 35-40 fps

So you definitely are going to have better performance with the cosmos because it has newer hardware, but I'm can't say that it will last for many years without losing performance.

So note that you'll need to lower graphics settings (how much, depends on the game) and very likely won't have high fps, but if you're ok with that and can't really go to the £1000 mark, this is the unique URL of the cosmos IX:

I would strongly not recommend getting that, it's a throway laptop, you're actually paying significantly more than £800 for the expected lifetime of the laptop.

Especially with Battlefront, it would be a really poor experience.

Thanks guys, yeah I figured it was a push. Never mind.

What about a desktop gaming pc with similar games in mind? What sort or price range am I looking at? Any recommendations?

Either way, you need to save up more, the games you mention are very resource hungry and need a rtx2060 really to play adequately at 1080p, you’re looking around £1000
