Laptop needed

Hi Guys
I am new to this forum so hello to all, I need to purchase a new "laptop" and know very little about Computers/laptops so require your expert advise as per my requirements as follows, sorry for all the questions but I want to get it right first time rather purchase one only to find at a later date that it is not what I wanted.

1) Windows & not Apple
2) What operating system
3) Not touch screen
4) 15" upwards
5) Need it as fast as possible for internet browsing
6) Don't play games so don't need ??? Card (not sure what you call that card)
7) Don't need large memory as I always use external memory
8) Best place to purchase for price & service

I think you need to be more specific with your budget and intended use.
