Laptop Making Weird Noise on Start-up

Hello, I've had a PC specialist laptop (model: cosmos IX) since 2021, the fans run very loud, and that hasn't really been an issue, but recently there is a loud whirring noise that starts about 20 seconds after I turn it on, if I sleep it then turn it back on it fixes it, but that's obviously a temporary solution. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas what it could be?

I took the back off and cleaned it maybe two years ago, so your probably right with it needing a clean.

I suggest replacing the standard paste with Kryosheet/Phasesheet PTM thermal pads, which extend (or eliminate in the case of Kryosheet) the laptop's repaste maintenance interval.
