Having problems with my laptop (again....not impressed with this one to be honest).
Everytime I open a new web page it automatically starts scrolling up to the top of the page, if I try scroll down it will just keep rapidly scrolling back up until I press pgup then pgdown. Opening up explorer causes it to jump to the first folder everytime I open up a folder. Sometimes after pressing pgdown it goes away, other times it takes a few goes before it does.
Ive tried reinstalling windows 8.1 and taken my vertex apart including blowing around the keyboard and stuff to try get rid of any dust but no luck. Its not the touchpad because Ive disabled it and it still does it. I also use a logitech mouse but it doesnt seem to be that either. Any suggestions anyone?
