Do you need a dGPU? I assume Sibelius doesn't benefit off this, but perhaps you also edit videos or do some gaming? In which case the GTX 1050 ti would be worth getting since it's a good slice more powerful (~30%) and you can't upgrade the laptop's GPU so you're stuck forever with what you buy.

If you have no need of a dGPU then the Cosmos chassis would save you some £ as you can get it with Intel graphics only, while still getting the i7 7700HQ.

You may want to get a PM961 SSD from the M.2 menu if you have the budget as this is a huge asset for general productivity. And while I'm not familiar with music production I gather than loading sample libraries (whatever that is..) benefits greatly from storage speed.
