laptop for graphics

Hi,I'm new to this, so feel free to offer any advise.
I, other than the usual, use device for editing graphics/music/vid & try to combine them to make personalized. I want to do raw etc.
2 questions; do you think I should add a 2nd drive (7200rpm)-mainly for my uncompressed music for iPod; although I know I7 3rd gen is widi capable - will this be enabled (less wires to fall over). Also (sorry no.3) will nd/bluray look as good on tv when streaming/playing -it doesn't with fire hd.
