I have The 17.3" Defiance from Pc specialist paid almost £1,450 for it whilst on offer, its almost a year old now and lately when playing world of tanks i am finding the wasd keys not responding, it works ok for 1-2 games at start up and then the w/s keys in particular take quite a few attempts before they respond, i have the sticky keys feature etc disabled after looking on-line for solutions and its not lag either, it works perfectly when typing etc its just whilst in-game this happens, in addition to this I've the number 2 key come off, so my query is should i request an RMA for them to resolve these issues or is there anything i can do to resolve this myself, i have no other issues with the laptop and think its the best thing since beans and toast, i would appreciate any help as i am not pc whizz, turning it on and playing a game is about all i feel comfortable with, thanks in advance..
