Hey mate, no need to make a dual thread, you might end up confusing forum members who're trying to help :)

Might be worth ringing PCS in the morning if you are still having issues to request an RMA and getting it sorted out properly!

RMA = Return Merchandise Authorisation (basically you send your PC back to PCS and they will fix it for you)

ok thanks i might have to do that and would they be able to set my windows 7 up because im no good at doing stuff like that

Did you buy a copy of Windows from PCS? If not then I'm not sure they will, if you give them a call they will tell you though (or maybe talk you through it).

You say in one of your posts in one of your other threads about the same problem,
"everything works fine on it, it turns on fine and makes the beeping noise telling me it has no OS".
I'm still not clear from this if anything's showing on your monitor,if not it could be something as simple as trying another cable for your monitor or even another monitor if possible.
The keyboard isn't going to show anything happening if the display isn't working or as I said before if the PC isn't booting, whether it be a ps2 or usb.
Failing that, best arrange an RMA as suggested.

Yes ITZRYANXD please do not create extra threads, you did so slightly earlier and I merged it with your other thread to try and keep them together, but you obviously created another one anyway (whilst I was out).
If your new thread gets merged by a moderator, it means it should be there, it does not mean you should start another just to get it in a new thread!

Having read the old thread and this one it seems unlikely to me that the USB keyboard was an issue. I know people used to have the problem that the BIOS didn't support USB but I think that is no longer the case. Also, it seems that no-one else posting here has this problem, and I would bet most of them have USB keyboards.

I would look at Vanthus' post closely. Is there anything wrong with the monitor cable or the monitor itself, and is the monitor cable plugged in correctly? In short, is the monitor displaying anything at all?

This suggests a problem with the HDD, I did mention this before. But if the OP has no confidence in fixing the issue but demand it's a particular problem it'll be better to just RMA it.

ok so i rang pcspecialist up again and this guy talked me through what to do to resolve the problem so he told me to go inside the pc and take the ram sticks out and start it up to see if it makes more beeps so i done that and it was fine so then he told me to take the graphics card out and turn it on and use the motherboard ports for the monitor, nothing came up and didnt make a beep so im thinking that was fine then next he told me to take the GPU out and my god what a beast it looks like so i took it out and he asked me to see if any of the pins was bent and there was about 3 pins bent on it so after that he said is there anyway you could bend em back? and i said no so he game me a RMA so they was suppose to come pick it up today (friday) but they never i think its because there is allot of snow about at the minute so hopefully tomorrow.

DPD should have been (or will be) in touch regarding picking up the PC. If you don't hear anything from them by midday tomorrow I would give PCS a quick call to see if they know of any hold ups :)
