if you want a few recommendations for better gaming (if it is for gaming) then id drop to the i5 2400, or maybe an AMD, and also get a caviar green drive, then upgrade the graphics card to possibly a 6950 or GTX 560Ti

Change that HDD to a caviar green 1TB - cheaper and much better
