it is impossible to help you without having your full spec, if you wish to go to 4.5 contact PCS. Any reason why you want to decrease the overclock?

As Keynes has said, its not going to be possible to help without knowing more. Knowing the current settings would be helpful too - Is this a PCS overclocked system? Or has your brother OC'd it?

Hi thanks 5ghz fast response to be honest I don't see any need to be running at 4.8 and a lot of people saying 4.5 is a nice sweet spot my specs are

I7 2600k 3.4 @ 4.8
16gig 1600mhz
Coolit cpu cooler
