I realise that this isn't the most actively used forum... but...

Previously, I have always used my mrs' macbook pro and my ipod is connected with her own iTunes library. I have just downloaded iTunes for my Optimus II and I wondered if anyone has any experience of botching my songs from my ipod back onto my computer.

I have previously come across a program called Senuti which did what I want, but it was a bit of an arse to use a couple of years ago.

Has anyone tackled this issue before that could make any suggestions?

Does that not do it automactically for you by asking you to backup the stuff on the ipod to the laptop before sync?

I always just copied the itunes library file from the previous laptop/pc and dropped it in the new itunes folder
