Issue with new RAM - Apps crashing, Google crashing

I recently purchased a set of DDR4 32000 MHZ 2 X 16GB Corsair RAM (32GB). I've been having continuous issues since I installed them and it's affecting the performance of my PC. I installed them correctly in the 2nd and 4th slot just like my previous RAM had been (DDR4 2 X 8GB 3200 MHZ 16GB)

I'm trying to figure out what the issue is and hopefully, someone from the forum can advise me on what to do. My PC was purchased from PCSpecialist so that's why I'm asking here.

As a first port of call, I would give PCS a call and tell them the instability you're having and that you think a BIOS update would be worthwhile.

You need to do this with their authorisation just in case anything goes wrong in the flash.

That's where I'd start and then we can check out a few other things.
