Is this strong for 2 monitors?

So I currently have a 1080 144Hz monitor, and recently bought a 4K 60Hz monitor. I'm thinking of swapping the 1080p to a 1440p 144Hz monitor, will the specs below run it fine?

I'll be using the 1440p 144Hz monitor for gaming, 4K monitor for other things

yes, 2070 Super is the sweet spot for 1440p 144hz.
