I would say you need to totaly rework that spec. At the moment it is far from ideal. Would you be willing to add a 2nd GPU after a couple of years? Any GPU you buy today probably wont be able to play new games on max settings in 4 years time.

I don't have time to play with a spec for you at the moment, but i will try to later. In the mean time i would say...

Get 8Gb of ram as an absolute maximum, 4 is probably enough to game on at the moment so 8Gb gives you plenty
Seriously consider an intel CPU i would say the i5 2500 should do you 4+ years for gaming. in this case 4 cores will be better than AMD's 6
Get a 850w PSU so you can add a 2nd 6950 later and give your pc a longer gaming life ( make sure the motherboard supports crossfire)

Thats the basics i would change, i will try to post a full spec later, but im sure somone will be along to help you before then.

Mantadog's is a good build but you could also consider this. To make it last as long as possible you need as good a GPU as you can get, the 570 is a strong card and will play games with no problems. Also enough room with the PSU to add another further down the line. If that is not of interest to you, you could drop to the 650W to save some cash.
