Is this a good desktop?

I want a desktop that can run games. The thing that will probably be the heaviest on performance would be simCity so if this setup could run that on high that would be great! Any input would be greatly appreciated. And sorry about sounding so rude in my last post I didn't realise until after I read it again.

For your budget I wouldn't choose an intel cpu, you can get better value for money with an AMD system. The spec below has 8gb ram, a much better graphics card and a better hard drive.

Thanks, I wasn't really familiar with any amd an what was better or worse so getting something that is better for less than £700 was great, I'll go with the build you sent me.
