Is there anyone in Sweden?

I've just been told that by law you have to use your headlights when it's raining in Sweden.

As I want to remain a law-abiding citizen, could someone please let me know when it's raining in Sweden?

Im in the UK but i just leave my headlights on all the time, they switch on and off with the ignition lucky but never seen the harm in just leaving them on. Lets folks know that the car is in operation. My new one has Daylight Running Lights too but again i usually just leave the headlights on.

That must have cost you a decent amount in additional fuel and bulbs over time if they aren't LEDs. And I'm pretty aware that your car is in operation when it is maintaining 70 on the M1 :p
