Is the 14 Ultranote easy to upgrade?

Hi all,

My laptop has given up the ghost today and I need to organise a replacement. I'm looking at the 14" Ultranote, but I'm wondering if it would be easy enough to use the ssd and ram from my current laptop, or is the chassis difficult to upgrade like other ultrabooks?

Any advice much appreciated.

The RAM, CPU and HDD can "easily" be upgraded if you know what you're doing. Everything else is soldered down. :)
