Is live chat broken ?

When you say crashes, do you mean it just doesn't start? I wonder whether it's simply because the Live Chat service is so busy and, when a certain number of people are waiting, it won't accept any more? Same as the phone lines have an upper limit on the number on hold.

Hi, When i get to the Form part where you fill out Name Email Question when i click submit it for some reason just went blank so it could be that there to busy

Try it now, I used it just there and got through to a support staff.
Although if you are looking for ETA's on Zen3 cpu's or the new graphics cards - forget it... they have nothing to say.
