Ionico port charger to change

Hi all,

I have Ionico Series: 15.6" Matte QHD 165Hz sRGB 100% LED Widescreen, bought end of 2021.
Unfortunately, the port charger does not work properly, the battery charger was plugged in and fall in the ground which twisted the port.
I'm moving country in few days, so no time to send it and wait for repair.

So I decided to use the local shop repair but I don't have any indication about the port reference to buy.
I called pcspecialist support, but nothing, they just say to wait and a technical expert will come back to me. But it's an emergency for me, only few days left before moving to the US.

Does anyone could help me to figure out what is the reference number of the charger port for my Ionico for me to buy another one ?

I would just wait for confirmation from PCS, then get it fixed when you're in the USA, don't rush it because it's more likely to make a mistake and break the laptop

Not sure to really understand why it's so complex for PCS to tell me the reference number for my to buy it.
I can see only few options :
1- PCS doesn't have a list of the components installed in their machine ( quiet scary for maintenance )
2- PCS doesn't want to share the details to force me to send it to them and make more money (prefer their business than user experience)
3- PCS didn't hire qualified people for the support and they don't know how to get the info (not so great ... )

I will let you know how it goes....

You can make assumptions or just be patient and await a response.

None of us work for PCS so we wouldn’t have any clue.
