Recently purchased an Ionico 16" Laptop (spec below) and the fan/vapor cooling chamber has a constant whistle.
The whistle goes away when the bottom cover is removed so I think it is an airflow issue.
I love the laptop but the whistle (although relatively quiet) is infuriating. It's a constant high pitched whistling noise.
Fans I can deal with, this is different. It's like the ringing in your ears you get sometimes (tinnitus) but ALL the time when the laptop is on.
Any ideas?
RMA?
If I get an exchange laptop will it just have the same issue?
Will they even RMA for a whistling sound?
Can they fix it?
Do I just live with it?
