Ionico 15.6 Thin Horizontal and Vertical Green Line on Screen

Is there anyway to fix this? Laptop isnt even a week old and theres already a green block and a vertical and horizontal line originating from it.

Its possible its a graphics card issue so would need to be RMA'd - is it always there or just during certain times - ie mid game?

Can you put a picture up?

Also - I suggest you remove promotional codes from your post.

Ive tried external displays and theyre fine. I think its the screen

That good news its not the grfx card then - but even if its the screen, it will have to be replaced - i suggest as its still less than 14 days old, you get on the phone to PCS and talk to someone about it and get it RMAd - hopefully because it is so new, they will turn the RMA around quickly for you (probably jumping ahead of my RMA at the moment LOL).

I would totally agree, definitely call rather than emailing, as it’s new they should RMA it as a priority and as it’s clearly the screen, the troubleshooting is very quick and easy (that’s the longest part of an RMA)
