Interested in the experience of other Vortex IX owners

So my Vortex IX has just died again and requires another RMA.

Talk on the forums about this chassis is relatively quiet compared to other chassis's.
I would be interested in hearing from other Vortex IX owners to hear their experiences with the chassis.
When mine works its an absolute beast of a machine. Has anyone else found the chassis problematic?
