Intel RST

I have Intel Rapid Storage Technology on my PCS machine. It is V 11.0.0.1032 on a Win 7 64 bit PC.

I think there is a newer version available and wondered:

1) Is it worth updating,

2) Which version do I need,

3) As a technophobe will I have to set anything up again afterwards (in which case I won't bother).

Thanks for looking

1. Not unless your having problems

2. Whatever version you are currently using, unless you are having problems.

3. No you shouldn't, but as with everything tech it could cause some problems if you upgrade. So refer to answers above.

As with most drivers they are probably best left alone unless you are experiencing an issue of some sort that a driver update could solve.
