Install the chipset drivers for your motherboard would be my suggestion. Can you post your full specs from the order page pls?

And in addition to this, have you installed all the optional updates when you set windows up

You need to install all optional updates when initially installing windows, without these windows isn't properly configured

Let's see if we can figure out what the devices are. Can you right click on each of them, select Properties and then go to the Details tab. Scroll down to Device Instance Id and note the VEN_XXXX and DEV_XXX values, and post here pls?

Ok so it's Intel product, we know that much. Not getting too much on the actual device. Maybe run the drivers from here for SATA, Thunderbolt, LAN, Wireless, Bluetooth, etc to see if that helps.

Do you mean from the ASUS Rog page? I ran all these here (there were lots more alert flags which these cleared a lot of only leaving 2)

Yep, that's what I meant..... Odd, would have thought Windows updates and driver updates would have resolved these.

Will give them all a retry as repair just in case...certainly a weird one..! ..will this be affecting performance until solved?

Maybe try uninstalling them from within Device Manager and restart and see if they are detected and correctly identified?

Hard to know performance impact without knowing what they relate to

Did you install all four of these files btw:

You need to expand the file list under the Chipset category to see all four.

Eureka... that was it.. I hadnt looked at the "show all" in detail, as they mostly seemed to be older versions of the same file --its not very clear to be honest..
Anyway with those in (and a few others I found) all is now well. ! ..I REALLY appreciate the excellent (and fast) customer support...all the best to you and thanks again
