If it's linked to a HR machine then yes, every employee they enter into their system will have sex somewhere in their file, ie: Sex M/F?

True, but window search only searches file names not the content.

Lol - had to reset lots of blacklist word alarms where I used to work. It was a countryside / nature public body and and the nature geeks would often look up mating habits of various animals much to the IT dept amusement.
