Hey there.

I'm having a lot of BSOD on my Octane VI recently.
The computer is new, started using it less than a month ago.

I've checked pratically everything, memory, cpu, ram, HDDs, SSDs and my undervolt settings. I didn't overclock my CPU. Everything seems to be fine.
  1. I keep having the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bsod occuring randomly. Sometimes I'm on Ableton working on a project, sometimes I'm just chatting on Facebook, sometimes I'm just installing a game or something, it just seems to happen for no particular reason.

I'm a little bit worried since this is a brand new laptop and I can't find why it is rebooting that much. From what I've seen on WhoCrashed, the problem seems to come primarily from ntoskrnl.exe and kd.dll but others could be included.

I already made a clean install of Win 10 x64 just to be sure, but BSODs are still there.
Since I don't really know where to start I thought I would ask you guys for help, if you can help :)

Thank you very much.

Kd.dll is the local kernel debugger, do you have debug mode on in msconfig?

Have you had any Windows updates recently, particularly driver updates?

In any case check all your drivers but pay special attention to the graphics driver.
