2560x1440 resolution and the option to split the screen to get the feeling of using 2 monitors.

Was their any kind of information on pricing? Although 2560x1440/1600 has started to become much more common, they are still very expensive. Considering you can get 1080p monitors for under £100 these days, these higher res still go for £300+ minimum. Also you can display two windows on one screen 50/50 anyway use Windows + Left and Windows + Right. Simples!

Yes but this is a bigger screen so it looks like probably 2 21 inches monitors next to each other . I think around £470

Just get 2x21" 1080p screens then. You will get more pixels and more space to work with then and end up paying a lot less still as £470 is still way too much

lol! I want to get more pixels in 1 screen and game in 1 screen. Nvidia doesn't support gaming in 2 screens, I really like the monitor and the image quality was great imo. AOC has a cheaper monitor 29 inches 2560x1080 advertised at £330 but you can get it cheaper from PCS.

Tbh I would prefer the 2560x1080 monitor, that is better for acting as two screens imo and the high fov really helps in games sometimes

plus its great for movies that always have black bars when on a 16:9 screen

No, too expensive. SLI gtx 680 will be plenty for a 2560x1440 monitor.

Packed and ready to be sent to Save the Children :)

lol, hahaha

you got my address right? I'll fault test them and forward them straight on....

lol, but in all seriousness, i would think dropping from three screens to one sounds like quite a downgrade.

you lack vision Tom, possibly moving to a bigger house. One gaming room with 3 screens and another "office room" with the 2560x1440 monitor.

keynes You said you got a gaming room for your gaming PC with the 3 monitors, so doe's that mean you got another PC to put in your office room?.

Ok, but what sort of PC are you going to put in your office room when you move in your new house?.
