How long has the I72700K been out just looking threw the intel config your own on here and thats an option but just wanted to no how long its been out and if its any good?. Like i say i want a future proof PC where realy i only need to upgrade the graphics card in the next 5 years as well as upgrade to windows 8.

the psu will be pretty much silent, i have never heard my corsair psu.

change i would make are, change the cooler to the titan fenrir, as good as the eco but without the worry of coolant leaking.

also i'd go for a 1.5gb 580, if you can afford it.

Ok what else could i drop so the price isnt as much but still top notch PC :D

BTW im going to get the PC with a new Hard drive and windows7 Home installed but i do have a 650GB hard drive with windows7pro on it. Its a sata 2 hard drive will the sata 2 harddrive fit into this PC?. You might say drop the Hard if you already have one but i might as well have 2 then got a fair bit of room to install all my stuff. thanks again

Changed the HD to 750WD Black but like i say i do have a 650WD Black with windows7pro already on as well. and gone for the 1.5GB 580
