Everything is fine except change the processer to a i5-2500K plus you get a free battlefield 3

Do you plan to overclock? The RAM and the cooler say you do but the CPY says you don't.

If you don't plan to overclock, drop the cooler to the tripple copper heatpipe. If you do want to overclock take the 2600k CPU.

Everything else looks solid. I would drop the Norton myself, plenty of free antivirus out their, AVG is what i use. Norton likes to eat your new computers resources for no good reason from my experiance, the free stuff is often better than the paid for stuff.

For a gaming pc i7-2600k is not neccesary as the only difference from the i5 is the clock speed and hyper-treading and for the price i5 is better Unless your going to use hyper treading

Thanks for the updates guys.
I am not going to overclock my system but I might add another graphics card in SLI and thats why I have chosen the titan fenrir cooling, but I am not sure if the tripple copper heatpipe will do the same in that case.
Either me as well using AVG atm. I was just surprised when you said mantadog that it eats up the system resources, its like wtf :)))) Never tried it before just was wondering if I might give it a bash, seems like I wont :)

The fenrir is overkill for cooling unless you plan to overclock. The tripple copper heatpipe will do a good job with good ariflow in that case. The Fenrir is MASSIVE and might even disrupt the airflow and cause more problems that way!

I agree with the above aswell, the i5 2500 is more than enough for gaming. you could probably knock the best part of £1%0 of that spec without hurting it at all. By getting the i5, dropping the norton and the fenrir to a tripple copper heatpipe.

On the Norton AV package, i used it for a while and all it did was eat up my computers resources. I have no idea why it felt the need to but all i know is that as soon as i finally managed to get it uninstalled properly (its not that easy!) it made my pc feel alot better. I wouldn't let them pay me to take that rubbish on my pc now, i sure as hell wont be paying them for it again.

I will take your advice, and makes sense. As for Norton AV is a bad rep, just weirdo :) I will go with AVG again w/o any prob for sure.

Thanks!

Ohh and as for the CPU should I go with the i5-2500k and as well the free BF3 still I am not going to overclock or just the w/o K version, i5-2500?
I wanna have that BF3 for free anyway ha-ha :)

Well i think it works out cheaper than buying BF3 from the highstreet anyway. The 2500k is exactly the same as the 2500 unless you start to overclock it. If you plan to buy Bf3 anyway then yoy mightaswell get it cheaper here.

Here we go with another question.

The difference between the 6MB cache and the 8MB is big? I mean can you feel it somehow? My intention is high-end gaming on ultra settings etc so is this big of a deal to choose a slightly lower cached CPU? I assume no its not, just being curious!

Well if you are using CPU intencive stuff then you will proberly feel a speed difference but it doesnt affect gaming

2500k gives you best of both worlds, maybe later on down the line you might want the option to overclock and instead of being stuck with a standard 2500 you have the K :D. Also free BF3 will save you money so bi-winning.
