On the graphic chart it says the 4GB gGTX 770 needs a maximum off 660w. But when i chose 550w, it say its fine. I am confused. which one should i go for?

I'd go for the 650 modular psu mate. Modular means the cables can be removed from the PSU itself. So any cables that your system doesnt need will be removed. This massively helps cable management, which in turn allows for better airflow, reducing the temperatures and noise of the system. On the other hand the cables on a normal 550/650 non modular psu will have all the cables fixed and have to be tidied away otherwise they will block the airflow - which is pretty much impossible in a small case.

Also go for a caviar black drive.

edit - why have you chosen a 4gb 770? and why have you chosen a low end monitor? For gaming ideally you want a monitor that is at least 1920x1080 resolution.

what processing cooling should i go for? Super Quiet 22dBA Cooler or CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO?

The Super Quiet 22dBA Cooler will be fine tbh mate. Is the system just for gaming? if so then you could drop the I7 cpu and go for an I5.

I'd look at something like this mate. Sorry I forgot to include a monitor.

My budget is £880. But I want to know if the graphic chart which stats the PSU is incorrect?
The graphics chart is only an estimate, the configurator takes all the components of the spec into the equation,so you can safely go with the recommendation of the configurator,it also gives a 20% allowance.

If it's mainly for gaming for gaming,I would go with Tom's spec and the 650W PSU will give more scope for future upgrades.

The graphics card is overkill for the monitor you have chosen. While the configurator is pretty accurate I would stick with what is recommended by nvidia.
Nvidia doesn't know what other components will be included in anyones system so they can't tell with any real accuracy the power required, whereas PCS are calculating the power consumption of all components on your system and also giving a 20% allowance.
After all PCS are the experts at building computers :)
