I need to reset my BIOS

Somehow my GPU isnt showing in my laptop
And i tried to default use Dedicated GPU( WHICH IS NOT RECOGNISED) in my BIOS
Now when i turn on the keyboard blinks but no output on monitor
What to do
I thought of BIOS reset but i couldnt find CMOS battery on first look
Since im not professional i didnt do much

My Pc specs
Defiance 15
RTX 3080Ti 16GB+Intel Iris Xe 16GB
1080p OLED
Intel i7 12700H
Clevo motherboard
32 GB ram

Please help me get back to the old way

Initially it just wouldnt turn on
After sometime it turned on and GPU disappeared and this BIOS thing happened

Can you copy and paste the full specs from the order page of your PCSpecialist account?

If the GPU isn't showing in the BIOS, it's likely because it's been flashed with an unsupported BIOS version, the only way to rectify this is to contact PCS, they're the only ones with the BIOS files and they can guide you through flashing it.

As above. I rather suspect you're not telling us the complete story here. Nobody will think you're silly if you've done something stupid, we've all done stupid things - that's how we learn.

Please start at the beginning, leave nothing out, and tell us how you got to the situation you're in.
