Note: I have no real idea what I'm doing but I'm picking up bits here and there.... but may have made a glaring error.
Its really importrant to have a case with accesible FAST ports as will be using some portable external drives swapping in and out for projects, plus card readers so its genuinely no use if these things are a pain to get to at the back.
This case I've chosen looks good with a usb-C port on the top at the front.
Good RAM needed and basically as good as I can afford in all other ways. It's a bit of a stab in the dark for me configuring this.
For Photo Editing btw , Not for Gaming.

Thanks in advance for any input. I'd say this is my pretty much maxxed out budget though.

I'd recommend getting advice on what you have ordered if you don't fully understand PC components, especially as the build you listed was very unbalanced and suboptimal in some areas
