How to buy a replacement keyboard

Hi,
My current laptop is getting fairly old as I purchased it in April 2016, but it still works perfectly fine except for the keyboard. Some letters, particularly the B, N, F, G, H, T, Y and spacebar don't work when pressed, and sometimes even have to pressed very hard for them to work. On my order my keyboard is listed as "COSMOS 17" SERIES UK KEYBOARD WITH NUMBER PAD" and I was wondering if and how I can get a replacement, and how much it would cost?

Many thanks.

Best thing to do is contact PCS and ask them they would be able to tell you a price and if it can be replaced.

Contacting PCS is the best first option, but if you make a note of the model number on the label on the bottom and do a web search for a keyboard for that model you might well turn up several options...
