How do you leave Reputation points/scores?.

I've searched the forum from top to bottom and just can not for the life of me find any reference to this question at all.............and yes I've been to specsavers :wacko:

The 6 pointed star at the end of a person's post underneath the avatar, post count, and all that stuff
