How do you cancel an order?

I dont' want to cancel an order right now, but I want to know. I've read it's supposed to be a "Cancel order" button but it's not on the orders page, or the "Show order" page or the "Amend order" page. The laptop is still in processing status, not yet started being built, though payment has gone through.

I just want to know for future reference (or if my brother, who I'm ordering it for, changes his mind suddenly in the next few days....)

edit: Sorry, I see another topic explaining it must be done by emailing. Googling led me to some quotes on message boards referring to a cancel order button, may have been outdated.

As we have to have written confirmation, it is usually a good idea to send an email, confirming your billing address, then after you have sent it give us a call on 0844 499 4000 to make the request, when we ask for written confirmation you can then point us to the email.
