My laptop that a bought from pcs recently had its screen broken and I have talked to pcs over emails and I have gotten a price tag on the repair and I was told to review the 'RMA process' on their website which I can't seem to find. Any advice on where to find this or what to do would be very much appreciated as I'd like to get it fixed ASAP.

Thanks for any advice

If you log in into your account the RMA requests are placed on the left hand side

Hi James,

You will need to log on to the main website. Down the left hand side near the bottom is "my returns" The info for RMA should be there. If you asked PCS to organise collection of the laptop it should be confirmed by email. They use DPD which I find very good.
However, if your warranty does not cover collections for RMA's you might have to pay for collect and return. PCS should be able to help you organise collection and returns.
