I created an indie games recommendation thread a while back, but can't find it, so I guess I'm going back to creating a new thread for each new game.

Holstin is an interesting looking game due for release at some point - release date hasn't been announced, but it's one I'm definitely keeping an eye out for.

It's a survival horror game where you switch between a first person and third person perspective depending on whether you're exploring (third person) or fighting off enemies (first person).

I've played the demo and I'm liking what I'm seeing so far.

As someone who likes to embrace the chaos on forums, I had seperate threads for game recommendations. That one is purely from the Next Fests that Steam does a few times a year. I eventually found the thread I meant - it hadn't been updated since 2022, so is probably a bit too far back to necro!
