If your gonna be doing Gaming and 3D Rendering I'd suggest more hardrive space atleast my work eats my hardrive space. Check this Vid out to wouldn't bother with the 5930k the 5820k is a good CPU.

A single gtx 980 ti should be plenty for 1440p
