just wondering on what specs i should get next as in i'm not 100% sure about the motherboard or anything as in lets say i get a new GPU would i need to change something else want to get a few new parts but i don't know where to start i want my PC to be smoother and be able to run high res and be speedy

i think its an omen 25 or 27 not to sure

my temperature is always around 44-56 without playing anything i dont know if thats normal while i watch youtube or netflix and i dont know if my cpu or ram is dodgy as the past few days i do be watching youtube and my whole pc will freeze which i have to restart it ive tried find out the problem but nothing works

You haven't posted the full specs.

Did you order with or without windows?

So that's a 1080p monitor, so there's nothing that an upgrade is going to improve.

If you're not getting proper performance it's because there's something wrong that you need to troubleshoot and fix.

Firstly, can you post a screenshot of your windows update page?

Also, can you open powershell as admin and run the following:

wmic **then press enter**
/output:C:\list.txt product get name, version

That will create a text file in c:\list.txt
