help with using dropbox

Hi

I have dropbox installed on my pc.

If I delete a file from my dropbox folder does it delete it on the online storage?

Is it possible to change the storage location where my dropbox files are stored?

Hello Jonbam,

If you delete the folder from your local drop box folder and the computer is synced it will most likely delete the file from your online storage too.

If you right click on the dropbox icon in your task bar
click on the cog wheel in the top right
goto preferences
this will open up and new window
goto account and there is a location option there.
