Help with a high end build

Hey, I'm fairly new to building PCs and would love some input on a build I ordered a few days ago.

I'll be using this PC for work, gaming and heavy video editing with the occasional stream. There isn't any budget cap so price isn't a factor for me.

The monitor I plan on using is a 34' MSI curved 4k 144hz monitor.

I've already ordered the Intel build so I can't change it to AMD but this isn't much of a concern for me.

How long are the wait times for the top performing AMD processors? I understand AMD is a superior choice but that leads me to believe the demand and supply are heavily outweighed right now.

That's only affecting desktop CPU's, you've configured HEDT CPU's which aren't affected by stock problems as they're a far more niche product with less demand.
