Help - What Does This Mean?

My order was in build for 5 working days and it looks like it was in fact in test but there were problems. I’m told today that it was as follows but I don’t know what it means:

“I confirm that the problem is that the system is not posting, it has had new RAM, but no change, this will likely be a CPU or board change and Will be Monday/Tuesday at the earliest for dispatch.”

I hope I don’t have to wait until a meeting CPU delivery as I have the 5900x.

any other information of emotional support would be welcome, thank you!

It's just an update that they built your PC but some issues came up in testing and it will take a bit longer while they correct it.

I wouldn't panic better they find issues early on and fix them before they send it to you

If they have stock it will go straight back into building so should be with you next week.

it's better that they solve the issue now rather than you getting the PC delivered then having to go through the RMA process that would take much more time
