Word up crew. waiting on a build which includes the 3080.....

i am becoming impatient like many..

if i swapped the 3080 for something , what would be the best choice ?

then next year when stock is better swap to something jazzy....

What monitor are you going to be using?

Assuming you still plan to get the Rog Strix XG27UQ monitor, then you will need the 3080....you could get away with the 3070 but it wouldn't give you the full potential of the monitor

Good memory....
Think I'm going to get the 2070 super as a stop gap. Till stock arrives.

The 2070S would be a decent call for a stopgap...it would still give you high-end 1440p gaming so you would still have a decent quality.

Yeh I think it will do for the time being. Then next Xmas when stock arrives ill get something jazzy like the 3080 lol
