Help please New build ideas

Hi I was hoping someone can help me please I’m looking at buying a new gaming pc these are the specs. Also I want some RGB FANS which I have selected in the build but how will they fit with the processor cooler. And is there a better alternative I should get for a processor cooler. And the ram do I need a higher speed. I am going to be playing at 1080p 144hz my budget is between £1300-£1400. Specs bellow

What monitor are you gaming on?

Just buy a case that already has RGB fans.
Otherwise you're spending £160 on a mid-range case only to bling it out with fans, whereas you might as well buy a high end case like the 500D SE. Though that's not a good spend for performance at this budget level.

The 3600x is pointless versus the 3600. It's been described as $50 for a letter.

The H80 CPU cooler is not really good value, being not as effective as the H100x while being about as pricey.

Spend some of what you save on a better quality PSU or a larger SSD,
