Help needed. SSD and HDD install

Ok, well I have installed a new SSD as a boot drive And can boot Into windows just fine but i want to be able to point my user directory to my old HDD. Been trying for about 3 hours now. But no luck. Must of installed windows about 4 times today.

Any help or links to a good guide would be really nice.

Thanks TF, +rep its the one i managed to find and it worked. so happy now, can finally start downloading all my programs and driver updates for the 2nd time today lol. Oh well so happy that i bought the SSD i cannot believe the boot load times!
