BLU-ray player with ability to play DVD's from all regions
In general with Blu-Ray and DVD players you will need to pick a region for them and broadly stick to it. You can change the region a set number of times only. You could always search if there are legitimate alternatives...

Or if you have a few DVDs from, say, Region 1 (USA etc) as well as your blurays and bulk of your dvds from Region 2 (EU etc), you could have your main drive set to region 2 and just buy an extra dvd drive and have it set to Region 1. If you have discs from every region on the globe that might not be viable of course. You can buy internal DVD drives for ~£15 or less.

Other than that, I believe this ticks all the boxes:

You can get a USB card reader from any high street or online retailer of your choice. I wouldn't recommend the internal card readers from PCS. PCS do sell a USB 3.0 card reader that I believe does SD (and SDHC etc) and micro SD for £6.

Thanks am I right I assuming that this has 4x3.0 USB Ports(1 on case, 1 on mother board and 2 from the USB OPTIONS)? And 6x 2.0(2 on case & 4 from USB options?
Not quite.

USB Options
MIN. 2 x USB 3.0 & 2 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL + MIN. 2 FRONT PORTS
I think it's most helpful to ignore that, as it describes a bare minimum that all the various components combined would give any PC.

The H110M-R will always give 2 x USB 3.0 ports and 4 x USB 2.0 ports at the back.
The number of USB ports at the front depends on the case. In the case of the InWin GT1, that would be 1 x USB 3.0 | 2 x USB 2.0
For a total of 3 x USB 3.0 and 6 x USB 2.0.

The Game Max Falcon case would offer 2 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0.
For a total of 4 x USB 3.0 and 6 x USB 2.0, combined with the H110M-R mobo.

In general I'd recommend the GTX 1060 3gb over the GTX 1050 ti, especially for demanding titles like WHTW. Swapping to the GTX 1060 3gb from the GTX 1050 ti adds £70 to the build. which is a roughly 10% increase in cost. For this you get a roughly 50% increase in performance:

I would also strongly recommend the 450W PSU, as in addition to the extra wattage it has an extra PCIe connector, which may open up a lot more GPU upgrade options for the future, when you upgrade the GPU in a few years.

Thanks could I chose the 1050ti or 1060 then upgrade to a newer graphics card in a few years if needed

I do most of the high end gaming on my Xbox One for the games list in my Original post how would the 1050 TI fare

Thanks

I do most of my high end gaming on my Xbox one. For the games listed in my Original post how would the 1050Ti fare?

Can I upgrade certain components like the processor(CPU) or graphics card a few years if I needed? E.g.: upgrade the i5 to the i7 when it became a bit cheaper?

Sorry to sound like I'm dismissing your suggestion but naturally I'd like not to pay extra unless it nessacerry

If you are trying to lower the money you wish to spend maybe you should update your budget for someone to suggest the best spec for your money. You can check benchmarks for the gtx 1050 ti online but if you can afford it I would suggest going for the gtx 1060. You can updgrade the cpu in the future but by the time you need to you may as well upgrade the whole system. Also the cpu may reach end of life by the time you need to upgrade your cpu.

I already linked benchmark of how it does in WHTW, and as keynes says you can google other titles.

Yes, this is why I strongly recommended the 450W PSU

Upgrading from an i5 to an i7 isn't generally good value for money since the i5 already costs £200 and the i7 costs £300 or so.

If you want to lower the cost, then drop the CPU to one of the Kaby Lake Pentiums:

It will still deliver decent performance and pairs well with the GTX 1060:
http://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/2913-when-does-the-intel-pentium-g4560-bottleneck-gpu

And if you do decide you want an i7 in the future you're only throwing away a £60 CPU instead of a £200 one.

As keynes says it rather helps if you give an clear indication of the budget, rather than opening with £850 while actually aiming for £700. :) We don't work for PCS, so we have nothing to gain personally when we suggest spending more on X.
