Help Checking New PC Build

I'm recently in need of a new gaming/work PC and have put together an order with the specs seen below. My work involves high-performance 3D modelling and real-time rendering, using software such as Z-Brush, Blender, Maya and Unreal Engine. I have based my order around other people's discussions found online, but I wanted to check myself whether the final design I have made will allow me to continue working, along with playing new/upcoming gaming titles (in 1080p, 144hz) The PC is currently on the high end of my budget, but i could push for £200 more if it would provide a significant boost to the performance/longevity of the machine.

Any help/advice going forward would be amazing!

With your budget I'd be wanting to change the monitor as well and go for 1440p 144Hz at least. Would that be a route you're willing to go down? Honestly this kind of budget for 1080p is a waste.

Oh, yes definitely - I just put the 1080 as that is what I currently have at home.

I'd be looking along these lines, leaving you £350 from your max budget to spend on a really good 1440p monitor.

Thank you so much for those suggestions, I had already decided to up the GPU like you said, and those alterations to the SSDs definitely sound good, along with saving some money on the motherboard (admittedly the component I understand the impact of the least). I will be making those changes with the order for sure.
